In-Person or Online Our in-person community groups meet in convenient locations throughout Greater Boston. If you choose iDiet Online, you’ll be able to attend via your personal computer, from the comfort of your own home, office or hotel room. To participate, all you need is a laptop with a digital video camera, a reliable cell signal or landline for audio, and access to the Internet. We’ll provide guidance of how to join each week and how to best interact with both your Group Leader and other Group Members.
